I simply realized that I’ve been wasting my time, obsessing over fickle things like love and other emotions, when there’s for more important things happening.
It’s good to see Juliet showing initiative in her training again. I was becoming worried that she, too, was becoming caught up in her personal life and not paying enough attention to the task at hand. I do hope that you’ll be able to remedy this. She’s such a bright pupil. It would be a shame to waste all that potential.
And that’s how it always should be. Emotions mess with your zest for survival, they’re all quite messy. Stupid humanity.
Oh don’t worry about a thing, Aless. I’ve got her covered. She’s been dealing with a lot, but I’m sure now that I’m back in town, her butt will be in tip top shape for anything that comes our way. I wouldn’t want your family left un-guarded should anything happen. It’s best to have her remember that this war comes first.

I can hit a moving target 600+ feet while drunk. It was a fun thing to learn. A movie? Mina knows what movies are? Shit. Someone alert the media! Mina knows what fun is!

Rambunctious as always. Good to see that hasn’t changed as well. I’ve missed them. Oh it was lovely, and informative. I’ve been working while away, but things are going decently well now that I’m back. Juliet is coming over so I can work on her training. I’ve been rather lackadaisical, and I need to stop that.
